American Central Transport wanted a fresh approach to its recruiting. They had a website that was not responsive and therefore not easily viewed on mobile devices. What they wanted was to create excitement for their company and they needed an application process that would make it easier for new truck prospects to submit their information. We wrote and produced a 4-minute recruiting video for drivers using the theme ‘Imagine’ and tied this overall branding in to a compelling new recruiting website that was graphically more up to date and responsive for cell phones and tablets. Besides having more consistent branding, Liberty, MO-based ACT now also has an easier, more integrated process for accepting applications from potential drivers.
