Our Story

We started advertising truck driver jobs way back in 1990.

1990 2024

We were the first agency to focus on truck driver recruitment. We're proud of that. Today, our focus has expanded, but our mission is the same — to provide companies with world-class service for all their hiring needs.

We opened our doors over 30 years ago as the country’s first full-service advertising agency specializing in truck driver recruiting. We’ve never looked back. As the industry grew and changed so have we. Hightower is a family company, established by the late Elizabeth Hightower, led today by brother Pat. Based in Madison, Mississippi, we have a remote presence in Pass Christian, MS, Garrison, IA, Jupiter, FL, and St. Louis, MO. We’ve twice been recognized as a “Fast 40” company by the Mississippi Business Journal and more than once received a Gold Davey Award for excellence in creative design. Currently, we are recognized as one of the top agencies in Mississippi and the agency of record for many of our nation’s leading carriers. Our professional credentials include membership in the Mississippi Trucking Association, Truckload Carriers Association, The National Association of Publicly Funded Truck Driving Schools, and the Truck Writers National Association.
